Making this earlier made me appreciate my mom and all the times I asked her to make this. It’s so time consuming and getting the flavor right is so difficult… And not to mention getting the right amount of filling inside?! It was hard. Oh and standing there frying it too. Pain in the butt. Love you mom even tho I know you’d have some jerk comment about my lumpia lol.
