I made a Bavarian Philly Torte (which is pretty much a pie with a cream cheese filling topped with apples and caramel.) I’ve never made it before and I was really lazy when I was cutting my apples. As you can see, they’re sloppy. I need a mandolin. Everything’s homemade, just the way I like it.
Update on this torte. Holy crap it was so good. Like we (three people) could have at it in one sitting good.
