We had this new “fun board” at work and we were supposed to put things we like/hate.. Basically things about us. I made this! Lol.
My team minus a few.
So, if you don’t know already, I’m a recruiter. I help people find jobs and as much as I would like to help everyone, I can’t. The worst thing about my job is that for ever y person I place there’s a few I can’t. That doesn’t mean I didn’t try. When someone points it on on social media that I’m not doing my job, when I know I tried. That sucks. When in reality, I got you an interview and well.. It didn’t work out. I can’t force someone to pick you, and it’s up to you to land that job. I wish people weren’t so negative when things don’t go there way. But like I said, you can’t please anyone and in the end I know what I did.

My co-workers were nice enough to post this on my computer screen. Shortly after I closed out all these orders and was in one meeting after another. Busy freaking day. It’s nice working with women sometimes.

Spent Friday evening at DesignU’s anniversary event at Bar35. Had an amazing time and helped Kini Design’s win designer/team of the evening. Yeah for me & Kini! Thanks to Christina & Bianca the hair & make up team at Hawaii Institute of Hair Design for creating that amazing Geisha look an Kini and Cliff for the styling. Also a special thank you to Kat DeLeon for asking me to model for the event. Super fun.. especially since I (we) won. :)
